Quality Without Compromise
There are many benefits to machine plastering, the main one is that it is at least three times faster to apply the plaster or render than by hawk and trowel. Not only does this make machine plastering a more cost-effective solution, particularly with new housing developments for example, but because the application is faster, it also means that there is a lot more time to work with the material on the wall, producing a better quality finish.
Traditional manual plastering requires the continual movement of the material, both prior to and after mixing and requires either a large number of employees or a relatively small area being completed each day.
